Mk 6:36a ... Send them away ...

Book Announcement

The dialog for this verse comes from the Twelve and the narrator. This hypothetical diagram shows the disciples are "sent away" to make make room for Jesus who leaves the center of the graph to make room for the crowd.

Mk 6:36b ... so that having departed into the encircling farms and hill villages they may buy for themselves what they may eat.

Book Announcement

The Greek text of this verse employs the geometric term koo'-klo, meaning "around in a circle" as an adjective to describe the position of the farms and villages in relation to Jesus. This was the perfect word for making a pun on the appearance of the diagram. I will upload the diagrams and the additional commentary for this verse when the book is released.

Mk 6:35 < Verse > Feeding the 5000
