Mk
6:39 ... And he commanded them to recline ... everyone in Symposiums
... Symposiums on the green Grass.

The command for the crowd to "lie down" is
an order to construct the crowd.
The Greek word soom-pos-ee-on means a party with drink,
food, discussion, and entertainment. The green grass
is a metaphor for the 5,000 men based on the following passage in
Isaiah: All mankind is grass, and all their glory like the
flower of the field. The grass withers, the flower wilts, when the
breath of the Lord blows upon it. So then, the people is the grass.
Isaiah 40:6-7.
The
gnostic puns in the verse and their accompanying diagrams serve as
entertainment and discussion for the symposium. The entertainment
is the secret knowledge that geometry diagrams represent the loaves,
fish, and the crowd. To see the symposium, you will need to download
the book.
